The Training
The professional mechanic training courses are designed to upskill existing Trade mechanics from beginner to experienced, with the end goal enabling them to be more competent and efficient, as well as help, improve the store they work in. It is about offering customers the best possible repairs and store experience.
The community mechanic and cycling enthusiast courses are designed to provide a good basic level of repair skills to the attendees.
The training is aimed to be very practical and hands-on. All of these training courses are based on actual real-life experiences, they will make you experience real hands-on jobs. I only use theory to back up the experience and give you reminders to take away with you.
The goal of the mechanic is to be able to repeat it consistently in real life. There is a procedure manual to follow, which every attendee gets to take home as the reminder of what they have been taught. The manual is also updated regularly to keep it relevant to the store environment.
Small classes enable more one to one teaching and allow courses to be personalised to the skill level of the mechanics.
I have trained more than 1700 mechanics around NZ and Australia with excellent results all around.
The average feedback score for the courses is close to 9 out of 10, so that shows how much the attendees valued the training. These courses are the perfect way to improve your or your mechanic’s skill levels and efficiency.
